A well planned, successful commercial launch will establish your company’s ability to execute operationally and help transform your organization.
For companies preparing for your first launch the buildout and timing can be challenging, especially with the current Track & Trace regulations that are now live in many parts of the world, and it is never too early to learn about what is required. Even for companies with commercial capabilities already in place, it is beneficial to learn the lessons from others who have been through it.

Please attend this session to learn about commercial transformation challenges and the typical timeline for an organization to prepare operationally for a Commercial Launch with a focus on the US market.

The webinar is focused on the following topics

  • Managing uncertainties (such as COVID-19)

    • Navigating the transition
    • Coordinating the impact across every aspect of the company
  • Transitioning

    • From focus on Research and Clinical Development to a focus on Physicians and Patients

    • From inward-looking operations to impacting patient well-being

    • From an investment to a revenue-generating enterprise

    • From a science and technology company to an integrated pharmaceutical company

  • How product launch impacts every aspect of the company

    • New operations and functional areas

    • New business processes

    • New or enhanced IT infrastructure (including for Track & Trace systems such as TraceLink)

    • Multiple budgeting scenarios management

This presentation will touch on all these challenges and the techniques used to plan and mobilize for commercial launch.
