Mr. Teddy Hoffman received a M.Sc. in Metrology from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, is a Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality and a Calibration Assessor from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.

Mr. Teddy Hoffman has been for many years the Manager of the Israeli Institution of Standardization Calibration Center with a very rich experience on training and consulting.

Mr. Teddy Hoffman was a consultant with the Israeli Laboratory Accreditation Authority.

Mr. Teddy Hoffman is in charge of various special metrology projects and acting as Expert Counselor and Expert Witness.

Mr. Teddy Hoffman has in depth knowledge of all aspects of Metrology and more than twenty five years of experience in Calibration, facing and successfully solving the whole range of challenging situation while developing and leading a Calibration Laboratory.

Mr. Teddy Hoffman has a proven capacity and excellent ability to teach and to instruct and he is the author and lecturer of various courses and seminars on subjects like: Measurements and calibration, Quality aspects in calibration, Uncertainty in calibration, Accreditation of the laboratories, New trends in calibration, Industrial calibration versus legal calibration.
